Linda Navelski-Taillon

Linda holds licensure in both New Hampshire and Maine and has advanced degrees from UNH and USM. She is also a Registered Play Therapist- Supervisor. In addition to Play Therapy, Linda provides therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sand Tray Therapy, and Clinical Hypnosis. Linda has experience as a school counselor, 10 years in private practice prior the beginning of Maine Counseling and Consultation, LLC, which is now "Linda Navelski Taillon Counseling, PLLC." She has been an adjunct faculty member at Plymouth State University, Plymouth, New Hampshire. At PSU, Linda taught graduate and post graduate courses in play therapy and clinical counseling with supervision. Linda also presents workshops on clinical issues, especially addressing Play and Sand Tray Therapies. Linda was a founding member of the Maine Association for Play Therapy (MEAPT) and continued on the board for several years. Linda sees children 12-18, adults, and couples. She also provides clinical consultation in her practice.
